ENL Students Gain Hands-On Experience at Carpenters Union Training Center

Sixty ENL students recently visited the Carpenters Union Training Center in Syracuse, bringing their classroom learning to life. During the visit, students rotated through hands-on stations that included measuring, nailing, drilling and constructing, all practical activities that connect directly to the skills they are developing in their ENL elective courses. This immersive experience provided students with a real-world perspective on the tools and techniques of the trade, enhancing both their technical skills and confidence.
