With cooler weather keeping the real beach out of reach, Albany Elementary's first graders decided to bring the beach indoors instead! Classrooms were transformed into a tropical escape as students arrived wearing sunglasses, stretched out on beach towels and relaxed in colorful floaties while enjoying a good book. From soaking up stories to embracing the summer spirit, the indoor Beach Day was the perfect way to celebrate the season!
