Conkling Elementary Welcomes Tom Varano for ‘Emotion Into Art’ Presentation

Conkling Elementary students had the opportunity to experience the creativity and inspiration of guest speaker and speed painter Tom Varano during his interactive presentation, Emotion Into Art™.

During his visit to Conkling Elementary, Tom captivated students with a live speed-painting demonstration, creating several original works of art. The paintings were donated to Conkling Elementary and will remain on display at the school.

Tom wrapped up the presentation with an encouraging message for students, reminding them to value who they are, stay hopeful and continue working toward their goals.

Originally from upstate New York and now based in Houston, Texas, Tom shares his message with audiences across the country, including corporate organizations such as Disney and MGM Resorts. He also dedicates time to philanthropic efforts supporting first responders and veterans.
